I was in a difficult situation with a BMW I wasn't happy with I always wanted the Type R civic and Diego and his team at DCH Honda made it happen for me. I wanted a new one but they kept insisting on a cert with I always wanted the Type R civic and Diego and his team at DCH Honda made it happen for me. I wanted a new one but they kept insisting on a certified used Type R. This was the mistake of a life time. They probably just wanted the higher commission for the used one. The 2018 Blue Civic Type R was the absolute worst. I had the car with less than 20k miles and after having it for 5 months the car has been in the shop over 6 weeks. Then I called and emailed the manager Laura she asked me to bring the car to them and that they would put me in a loaner. So I made the 3 hour trip to bring the car to them and after having the car for 10 hours they did nothing to the car nor did they supply me with a car to get back home and they never called me for any update i had to wait and call them 3 times to get an update so I could get home.. I'm extremely disappointed in Honda and do yourself a favor and don't get a car here I would not trust them. To make matters worst the front desk is a joke I came here to go over paperwork and there is 5 people at the front desk and all but 1 was on their phone and no one greeted me until I had to speak up. If this is the type of service they are providing they should just shut down. These experiences were over the course of 3 different visits. More

I came into the dealership with negative equity on a used SUV, wasn't sure if I would be able to get anything for it. I met Renato and immediately was given first class attention and service. Renato was very honest and to the point. He not only ate up all the negative equity on my used SUV, but even better, he worked with me until I got into a brand new lease at a very reasonable price! I felt so at home with Renato and DCH that I almost didn't want to leave the dealership at the end of the day. My advice to anyone who is hesitant about going to a car dealership, to give DCH Paramus Honda a chance, ask for Renato. More
