I bought my car in cash and they messed up with the title and now I’m asking them for electronic copy which the state tells me that they have a copy but they won’t give it to me instead they’re telling me to and now I’m asking them for electronic copy which the state tells me that they have a copy but they won’t give it to me instead they’re telling me to go to a title company to get it and pay for it so why is it that this dealership will not give me my title? I feel that they need to give me my title there an electronic copy available. The state of Florida told me that so why is it? They will not provide me my title is it because I don’t want to accept that they made a mistake. More

The reason for 2 stars was because after discussing about the car for 5 days, I told the dealership to please not waste my time on going over there, to make sure everything was good when I got there, because the car for 5 days, I told the dealership to please not waste my time on going over there, to make sure everything was good when I got there, because I lived two hours away. The manager, told me the car was inspected and everything was in tip top shape. When I got there not only was it not in tip top shape, but the car wouldn’t even crank. Tires were bald, oil was dirty, etc. wasted 8 hours of my Saturday. The reason they got 2 stars and not 1, was because days later everything got fixed and they drove the car to me so that I didn’t have to make the long drive again. At the end, I was happy with the car Edit: They knowingly sold me a 09 Honda Accord with a bad timing chain. Within 3 weeks of me driving the timing chain popped. So I had to replace the motor. So within 3 weeks and less than 500 miles of me purchasing this vehicle, I had to replace the motor. It’s been a disaster with this dealership since day 1. Be careful buying from Acura of Pembroke Pines, they have no problem selling you a junk car, then ignoring your calls later. More

All around great experience with this dealership! The facility itself was exceptional. Well maintained, beautiful and with a fantastic waiting area which we had zero problem hanging out in. I purchased a pre-owned non Acura vehicle but they treated us as if we purchased a brand new Acura. The entire staff was courteous, friendly and polite with smiles throughout. Specifically, General Sales Manager Dino Liebro was a no B.S. business man. He was a true professional and made negotiating terms absolutely painless. We felt that he was conscious and respectful of our time and was able to move us forward without delay or cliche salesmen games. A+ Specifically, in finance, Business Manger Sean Bradford. Sean was able to secure us a fair rate, moved at a pace that was also in the best interest of time and was a joy to chat with! We traded stories about MMA and there were moments that I felt as if I was talking to an old buddy and not just some finance guy that I met an hour prior. Needless to say, Sean was awesome! A+ Specifically, our salesman Wen Lee Hung was the star of the show! Wen comes out and hits you with an energy and enthusiasm that you’re not quite sure is authentic but you will quickly learn that he is every bit of that and it is completely genuine. As mentioned, I bought an off brand vehicle but that made zero difference to Wen. He was knowledgeable and engaging and I didn’t once feel like I was getting sold a bill of goods or pressured into purchasing. He literally made the entire experience a pleasure for my wife and I with his wittiness and charm. He was extremely interesting to talk to during the down times with stories about his life, the languages he speaks, his time as an TV actor and his mastery of the nunchucks! Wen went above and beyond and his professionalism was top notch. To the readers of this review, I would suggest asking for Wen’s services from the start. He is a lot of fun and you will not be disappointed. A++ We had a rough story walking into this dealership. We drove over to the East Coast from SW Florida to pick up a different vehicle but were completely bamboozled, manipulated and downright lied to by a dealership with zero business integrity. By the time we left Acura, it was almost forgotten about. Thank you to all who were involved with this transaction and to the owners/senior management of Acura of Pembroke Pines, I can assure you that you have a dealership and staff that you can be proud of.
