This dealership attempted to fix my vehicle 3 times, last time being Dec 2025 and could not. Told me there is nothing that can be done and no bulletins or recalls from GM. Went to another dealership and the time being Dec 2025 and could not. Told me there is nothing that can be done and no bulletins or recalls from GM. Went to another dealership and the found a bulletin dated 10/2025 in 5 minutes of me explaining the issue and truck is fixed. More

Brought my Silverado in for an intermittent temperature light issue. Dino and his team took me in right away and started the diagnostic. They kept the truck for a few hours and kept me informed the entire light issue. Dino and his team took me in right away and started the diagnostic. They kept the truck for a few hours and kept me informed the entire time. Although they could not replicate the issue, they documented everything in the system to help support any follow up visits. The team was very empathetic with my situation and due to my past experiences with them, I am confident they will find a reasonable solution in due time. Very unprofessional service department no communication they never kept me posted. They kept my Chevy Silverado 6500 tow truck for 28 days this was my second time taking it after my first service because t they never kept me posted. They kept my Chevy Silverado 6500 tow truck for 28 days this was my second time taking it after my first service because the truck was leaking power steering they charge me $2200 and they kept my truck in October for also three weeks the very next day when I took it home it was still leaking and when I spoke with the Service advisor avo he told me that this is something his technician the guy who originally work on my truck that he screwed up and he should’ve checked on some parts and clean it but he didn’t so he told me he wasn’t going to charge me and he told me this was on us and then when I asked him that I need my truck back after over three weeks keeping it there losing business and money. He told me that he was going to charge me again for the parts, but not the labor, which is very unfair and not right to do. I asked for his manager to call me and then the service manager Dino called me and he was very rude on the phone. He didn’t want to help and he told me I have to pay for the parts and when I told him that it’s not fair and it’s not right to do and when I mentioned that if he’s going to charge me, I might take her legal action because of that he told me he wasn’t going to fix my truck and he asked me to take it back so after 28 days of losing business and money and put me in a lot of stress I had to take my truck back and it was still leaking. I will never buy a Chevy truck again and I will never take my cars to this horrible dishonest dealership And one more thing I need to mention that every time I take this truck, they keep it for almost a month and when I take it back, the same problem still exist, and my service advisor avo he always told me that they only have one technician working and he he doesn’t have enough technician to work on cars. This is just horrible and very unprofessional. I hope somebody can read this and take it serious because of the service advisor Avo and Dino the service manager they should get fired for very unprofessional work and managing. More
