Update: I was texting back and forth with a sales associate about a used 2017 Honda CRV EX-L. The sales person offered me a deal and I said I would drive up to get the car. I about arrived when I got associate about a used 2017 Honda CRV EX-L. The sales person offered me a deal and I said I would drive up to get the car. I about arrived when I got a call and the sales associate told me that the car had actually sold THE NIGHT BEFORE! So he led me to believe I could buy a car that wasn't even available! The general manager did end up giving me a call and apologized for my experience. He also tried to make me a good deal on two others cars, but one had been damaged before and the other was $2000 more than the original car I wanted, so they weren't really good deals for me. I ended up buying a used 2018 Honda CRV EX-L at Infiniti of Hoffman Estates with less than half the miles of the 2017 one at Valley Honda for cheaper (even with adding an extended warranty) and with about the same financing Honda was offering. Thus, I have updated my review to 3 stars because Valley Honda did apologize and try to offer me a deal. But I do feel I received better customer service elsewhere and they are a bit too pricey when it comes to their vehicles. They also would only offer $500 for my trade in and Infiniti gave me over a $1000. More

The overall experience was excellent starting with our sales person Cesar Salinas. Cesar was knowledgeable, very professional and very easy to talk to. He has very extensive product knowledge and answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns. We purchased a 2020 Honda Pilot and he made sure it was perfect when we picked it up and even provided stickers to attach our iPass. He walked us through the buying process step by step and did not rush us though it. He gave us all of his attention and never made us feel like we were just a sale. He had everything prepared for us when we arrived. To Don Davis, Jab Rahman and Rose Hernandez thank you for helping make this a great experience and last shout out to Jose Osorio the Delivery Associate who did an exceptional job on preparing the Pilot for delivery. It looked amazing. When it is time to get another car we will be certain to reach out to Valley again. More

Tom did an excellent job working with me to find a car in my price range with the best features possible. It was my first time time financing a car on my own (I’m 23 yrs old) and he made me feel very comfort my price range with the best features possible. It was my first time time financing a car on my own (I’m 23 yrs old) and he made me feel very comfortable with the process. He wasn’t at all pushy and he paid close attention to detail with my concerns. Initially I was interested in a 2019 Civic LX and he suggested that I looked into a 2019 Civic EX because it would have a better resale value down the road, and it actually had way more features than the one I initially was looking at. He worked long and hard with his team (Jack, and the GM Don) to make sure that the price range would be affordable for me. We ended up doing a lease that is perfectly in range of what I was looking for in a monthly note. I really appreciate him making my first car financing experience a great one. I am in love with my new car, and I would highly recommend Tom for anyone looking for pleasant car financing experience :-) More
