Greatly satisfied Honda really saved me from losing my job! My old car with 211,000miles.was giving me major problems, I was not able to drive it anymore. However Honda saved me and gave me hope and determination. Oh did I mention I still had to finish paying off my old car .not excluding monthly expenses. Yes it was a lot to think or handle at once. Good News is Honda Family was patient ,caring and understanding. I must say it was a process but I did my part and they worked their excellence!!I'm greatly grateful they gave me a great offer of program for my New car . More

Beyond my expectations! Quite honestly, I do not like working with salesmen. Why? They're pushy, can be rude, don't listen to what I ask for (sometimes I also feel it's bec Quite honestly, I do not like working with salesmen. Why? They're pushy, can be rude, don't listen to what I ask for (sometimes I also feel it's because I am a woman), and are so hell bent on making the sale that they forget about the customer. I have never, in all of my years of working with salesmen had an experience like the one I had at Honda with Eddie Sanchez and Chris Barrera. I was listened to, heard, wasn't brushed off and not spoken to (although my boyfriend was there for support), and most importantly I wasn't pushed. They worked with me, and although the price range was slightly above my budget, I was able to see the value in breaking the budget just a little bit, and they met me halfway with it. I actually walked out of there smiling for the first time, and truly excited about my purchase, whereas other times I get a knot in my stomach and wonder if I did the right thing. Not this time! I'm super excited about my first Honda! Another thing that added to the customer service were the little details - if it's raining out, there are umbrellas at the door for you; everyone was so nice and always asked if you'd like a beverage "coffee or water?" They even took it a step further with asking me if I wanted room temp or cold water. That was a first!; and during our finalization, a gentleman came out and chatted with us for a moment. When he heard the line of business my boyfriend was in, he sat with us and was truly engaged in a conversation with him about his business. They both had quite a bit in common they came to realize, and he was just a very kind and genuine man. When we left, we kind of wondered who this man was that we were talking to and had a great conversation with....it was the GM! Normally you don't get a GM to come out and chat with you, but this one did! THAT was the icing on the cake. He was not arrogant, showed his true interest, and never once boasted about who he was and what he does. That is what great customer service is all about! All in all, we had an amazing experience and for that, we will be referring all of our friends and family to Valley Honda. Thank you all for restoring my faith in salesmen! Well done guys! More

Not surprisingly, Tom exceeded my expectations with his careful attention to detail, thorough explanation of each and every question I presented, and absolute no-pressure sales approach. To be fair, everyone that I have ever dealt with at Valley Honda has been exemplary ( from Sales, to Service; from Finance to Management ). Whether it be their patience and understanding, willingness to listen to your concerns, or overall care and treatment of you as a person, not just as a potential customer, this dealership is amazing. I absolutely recommend that you go see Tom if you truly want a relaxed and pleasant car buying experience and atmosphere. Whether you purchase a vehicle or not, you will be treated right !! More

The extra mile After reading reviews of the new Accord Hybrid, I became quite interested in vehicle. I had some time after a meeting and went to Valley Honda to try After reading reviews of the new Accord Hybrid, I became quite interested in vehicle. I had some time after a meeting and went to Valley Honda to try to see the car. Cristina Butuc, a relatively new addition to the sales team, apologized to me, saying they had yet to receive their first of this model, but took extra time to acquaint me with the redesigned Accord. In a fortuitous coincidence, she discovered that in fact a new Hybrid version had just arrived, and she was able to arrange for me to take a test drive. I really liked the car and she brought a sales manager into the conversation to discuss delivery lead time, etc. Follow up calls and texts from Cristina were pleasant, attentive and helpful and I decided to order a car. I was easily able to work out acceptable pricing and placed a down payment. The most impressive aspect of delivery was the team at Valley working around production delays to get me the exact color and trim I had wanted on a timetable that allowed me to transfer the car the Accord Hybrid was replacing to my son on my desired schedule. When I took delivery, Cristina was extremely thorough in taking me through the special features of the Touring trim I had ordered. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the vehicle, and I am especially appreciative of the professionalism and responsiveness of the entire Valley Honda team. Special kudos must go to Cristina for the way she coordinated my entire experience; my impression of the dealership as “top notch” is largely a result of her efforts. I recommend them witout reservation. More
