I'm not sure who Mark Graham is so I did not rate him but Don was fantastic along with the finance guy they're both spot on. And overall great experience got exactly what we wanted. The only hang up we had is we have to go back in to have our car certified, that was not completed before the purchase. We live in St Pete so it's an hour communte each way but we'll make it work More
