The Lost Art of Great Customer Service Is Still Alive Here! The quality of the employees here is unmatched. They must have an amazing training program. I went to Lujacks and was given their "best" deal and I was a repeat customer. Zimmerman beat Lujacks deal so bad the salesman at Lujacks was furious! He wouldn't match it but just begged me to work with him. Sorry, never again! More

Like Family I started by going to Lujack's Honda as it was closer in proximity to my home. After getting TERRIBLE customer service there (where I was literally to I started by going to Lujack's Honda as it was closer in proximity to my home. After getting TERRIBLE customer service there (where I was literally told "to go to Toyota") I called Zimmerman Honda. Here, I felt like they valued my business and treated me like FAMILY. I knew I was in good hands with Doug Pearsall. From our first phone call to him walking me through the features of my new Odyssey, he was mindful of my budget and got me in my new van within days of my call. Additionally, I want to thank Sean Fortin for taking the time (more than once) to install my son's car seat as we test drove vehicles. I can't thank Doug enough for my experience and can truly say he is the ONLY reason I stayed with Honda! I will now be a lifetime customer. More

Love these guys Had to trade in my Honda Accord - nearly cried but I needed something "taller" as I am not so tall and have trouble seeing over the Accord's hood. I purchased my first Honda from Zimmerman and wouldn't buy elsewhere. Merlin is always my salesman. He isn't pushy but answers every question that I have. He is careful to go over the new things in the car and I know that I can always return to him if I have a question in the future. He's always smiling and friendly, attentive. Sean Fortin - he's the manager. He worked elsewhere when I had purchased my Audi (from him) and I'm glad he changed to Zimmerman. He's always attentive, friendly and generous to me. Again Doug came to my rescue; finding my preferred car. A white CRV with touring package - they're aren't many out there. He found it within a few days. He had to find my previous Honda also - it is the best looking Accord 2012 in the area. (2 door coupe). Thanks for your hard work. I met Noland during financing. He was friendly and efficient. All the papers were in order. Although the computer was having "issues" he maintained his calm and promised to send us the completed forms in a few days. Which he did. More

2005 Honda CR-V Purchase with Zimmerman Honda Let me begin with commending Jim Ruge, whom I spent the most time with that day, for coming in on his day off simply to fulfill my request of seeing t Let me begin with commending Jim Ruge, whom I spent the most time with that day, for coming in on his day off simply to fulfill my request of seeing the vehicle - no decision had been made to purchase it at this point, as I happened to be in town for that day only. He was incredibly helpful in giving me information on the vehicle regarding past ownership and the care that was given to it, as well as the features and upgrades that were made to Honda's 2005 model of the CR-V. Once I had decided that I liked the vehicle and was interested in purchasing it, he set me up with Tyson Warden who was able to find a loan with a monthly payment and interest rate suitable for my budget. At the time, I was driving a rental vehicle, so that had to be returned before I left town. Doug Pearsall was willing to drive over to the rental depot with me to return the rental car and then transport me back to the dealership so that I could get on the road. Overall it was a great experience and I'm grateful to have had such service that I was able to purchase the vehicle on short notice, especially given the time constraints that I had that day and throughout the coming week. More
