great service! I take my 2013 Civic to Don Ayres for it's 5000 mile interval service. This is the first car in 30 years that I will actually be responsible for what I take my 2013 Civic to Don Ayres for it's 5000 mile interval service. This is the first car in 30 years that I will actually be responsible for what it will look like with 100,000 miles on it. The service team at Don Ayres will help me accomplish that goal. New 2015 CRVEXL-My Dream Andy Hitzemann, the Honda salesman has helped us purchase new Hondas for the past 7 years or so and before that another excellent salesman who has sin Andy Hitzemann, the Honda salesman has helped us purchase new Hondas for the past 7 years or so and before that another excellent salesman who has since retired helped us purchase Hondas going back to 1986 with a new Civic. We have also purchased several used Hondas from Don Ayres over the years for our children and the service department and the body shop have always provided excellent service. We are already thinking of buying a new Honda HRV in the near future so we hope Andy is still around when we are ready. By the way, our first Honda was a 1979 Accord hatchback we had to buy used because back then there were no new ones in stock. More

Tops in friendly, fast & excellent service! I find the service department at Don Ayres a pretty pleasant experience. Problem with airbags I own a 2014 Honda CRV and a 2006 Honda Ridgeline. The airbag light was coming on intermittently for the past year and a half on the Ridgeline. I call I own a 2014 Honda CRV and a 2006 Honda Ridgeline. The airbag light was coming on intermittently for the past year and a half on the Ridgeline. I called this to the attention on the service manager Doug Settle and my service representative Justin Price. Although this was a very difficult and challenging problem they traced it down and fixed it. This was done at no cost to me although the Ridgeline is over 8 years old. I believe this is service above and beyond what could be expected. This is the reason that I purchase all my new vehicles from Don Ayres Honda, have all service performed there, and recommend them to all my family and friends. RalphH More
