Outstanding! I recently brought my Honda Element in to have my muffler replaced and for an airbag recall. I moved to Indiana this year, so I was unfamiliar with Don Ayres Honda. The service was exceptional - seriously, the best I've ever encountered at a dealership. My service technician, Doug, was outstanding. He went above and beyond to answer my questions, and had my vehicle ready much sooner than I anticipated. I will definitely drive the 50 miles again to have my vehicle serviced at Don Ayres! More

Great Dealership overall Great Dealership that does quality work. The only con I could think of is unnecessary maintenance services to line there pockets. Alot of the maintenance procedures aren't in my Honda Owner Manual and simply no mention of certain maintenance procedures from Honda themselves. I almost think they are made up by the dealer to gain extra revenue. Fuel Injection cleaner service? Power steering Flush? Stuff like that kind of erks me. I did go ahead with the Fuel injection service this one time only for the hell of it. Transmission fluid needs to be changed every 30,000 miles if you want the transmission to last. Buying a certified Honda Civic with 38,000 without it ever having transmission fluid change and Don Ayers telling me the fluid looks discolored and needs changed a month after I purchase the car doesn't sound real certified to me. I went and got the service because it needed changed before I even bought the car. Good practice is to change your transmission fluid every 30,000 miles or Sooner, every 12 months or 15,000 mile even better. More
