That’s why Settle and his employees often ride along with a customer, a move that ultimately helps them get to the root of a problem. Customers seem to appreciate their straightforward approach. Many are Honda loyalists, but they return to Don Ayres because they’ve come to expect a high level of service. “Customers are very loyal to our product, and it’s just as important for US to be as good as that product.”

Problematic? Hope not! This is the second issue I have had with Don Ayres Service. This time I only had the oil changed and since then I have had oil on your garage floor. This is the second issue I have had with Don Ayres Service. This time I only had the oil changed and since then I have had oil on your garage floor. We just thought maybe it was just leftovers from the oil change. We have now had to clean the floor 3 times. We did check the oil and it states it is full. Don't know where it is coming from but it has made my garage floor a mess. More

excellent customer service I recently brought in our 2012 Honda Civic to their service dept because some underbody parts were damaged when my wife drove off the road. We did not have an appt and it was early Friday afternoon. Chuck Sutter our service advsor said that still would be able to look at it and let us know. About two hours later we got a call that said it was fixed. This is the kind of service that we always get from Don Ayres. All of their service advsors are terriffic, but we really like dealing with Chuck Sutter in particular He always goes the extra mile to save us some money and to make sure everything is done correctly. His memory is terrific. We bought some tires a half a year ago through the service dept and just recently Chuck asked us how do we like the tires.. Doug Settle, the service manager is fantastic too. I will always get my cars serviced at Don Ayres! More

This time however I was met promptly with a smile having made an appointment This time was a return visit having had a very bad experience last trip. This time however I was met promptly with a smile having made an appointment and arrived on time. I was directed to Doug right away and he was courteous and friendly he discussed the service needed and the cost involved and after making my decision I was directed to the waiting room I was told it would be less than an hour for an oil change, tire rotation and free car wash. In the waiting room there were chairs, tv, today's newspaper and drinks available. The time I waited was comfortable and as promised the car was completed in less than an hour. I do have to say that the car wash does not get the car clean but its free and I appreciated the effort. As for the experience of trying to make my apt I had tried to call during my work day but without success and ended up having to have my son schedule the apt. There should be a way to schedule apts on line with email confirmation of the apt. The price is great Thank you More

We appreciated Doug's Settle's attention to detail as he caught the fact that our Loved, loved, loved everyone's friendliness in the Service Center.
