That’s why Settle and his employees often ride along with a customer, a move that ultimately helps them get to the root of a problem. Customers seem to appreciate their straightforward approach. Many are Honda loyalists, but they return to Don Ayres because they’ve come to expect a high level of service. “Customers are very loyal to our product, and it’s just as important for US to be as good as that product.”

Oil change I went in for an oil change. I was due for a 25k mile service which was supposedly only going to take an hour 15 minutes so we did that too. I spent a I went in for an oil change. I was due for a 25k mile service which was supposedly only going to take an hour 15 minutes so we did that too. I spent almost 3 hours at honda. Despite my unexpected wait time, Doug did keep checking back with us in the waiting area to update us on the progress. I definitely don't hold him responsible for the unexpected wait as I don't blame my waitress when my food is terrible. My main critique is that I just wish I would've known how long I would've been there because I would've gotten a ride as to not spend so long sitting in the waiting area. Regardless I know wait time can not always be predicted and of course I will be back when my Honda needs an oil change as I always get great customer service. More

Great Service I have always been completely satisfied w/ the service department at Don Ayres. Not only are the service techs knowledgeable and friendly, but the wo I have always been completely satisfied w/ the service department at Don Ayres. Not only are the service techs knowledgeable and friendly, but the work is quick and done right the first time. Their waiting area is equipped with a TV, phone charging stations and free beverages. The whole experience is pleasant and I never feel like it is an inconvenience. I would recommend them to anyone. As far as sales go, I have always worked w/ Chris Demetriades and he has been great. He is always checking to see how I am doing and if I have any issues w/ my vehicle. He will go the extra mile to get me the deal I am looking for and he always does it w/ a positive attitude. Chris has been a pleasure to work with. More
