2020 Toyota Camry : Since taking this car of the lot It has been none stop issues unfortunately. Every time If taken it in for service my breaks have always been an issue this matter has been brought to ma has been none stop issues unfortunately. Every time If taken it in for service my breaks have always been an issue this matter has been brought to many leads / supervisors/ and even the GM of Toyota and my breaks still haven’t been fixed . It’s been 8 months going unresolved unfortunately I now have to result to an attorney for lemon law . More

Doug Velasco is outstanding. Our 2009 Matrix had a troublesome engine rattle/vibration when idling in gear. This engine rattle remained unresolved despite our asking about it during our service visit troublesome engine rattle/vibration when idling in gear. This engine rattle remained unresolved despite our asking about it during our service visits for the last three years. We mentioned this engine rattle to Doug during his first service review of our Matrix in January, and he identified the source as worn, brittle engine mounts. After replacing all four engine mounts, our Matrix drives like a brand new car. I commend Doug for taking the time and effort to solve a problem that had bothered us for over three years. More
