Doug Velasco is outstanding. Our 2009 Matrix had a troublesome engine rattle/vibration when idling in gear. We mentioned this engine rattle to Doug during his first service review of our Matrix in January, and he identified the source as worn, brittle engine mounts. After replacing all four engine mounts, our Matrix drives like a brand new car. I commend Doug for taking the time and effort to solve a problem that had bothered us for over three years. More
