This place is the fairest place to buy your car, no pushy sales people. They ask the right question and show you the car that you want along with some other cars you didn’t think you could afford. Giuseppe sold us a brand new C300 and helped with the lease buyout of an existing A220. Although, he was nice and helpful in the end, getting him to work on lease buyout was a xxxx of a task. He didn't w lease buyout of an existing A220. Although, he was nice and helpful in the end, getting him to work on lease buyout was a xxxx of a task. He didn't want to help with buyout because it wouldn't have been much of a profit for him to do all the paperwork as he told us. After pushing a little bit, he did help us out. Their inventory is nice. Customer service is slightly below average. The manager, not sure of his name, was super nice and did help pushing Giuseppe to make the lease buyout happen at the dealership rather than going online. I'd not recommend this dealership as I have purchased twice from other benz dealerships and have experienced services at more than 4 benz dealerships where the services have been phenomenal, compared to the Ray Catena Edison where it could be improved a lot. Ray Catena Freehold is much better in my opinion, although not as good of an inventory but customer service is top notch. PS : For best customer service here, be sure that you are ready to buy here to avoid the ignorance and rudeness of the staff. More

I was told by their sales rep that I have to get the finance from this dealership, even though I could get a much better rate from the regular bank; otherwise, the dealer would refuse to sell me the car finance from this dealership, even though I could get a much better rate from the regular bank; otherwise, the dealer would refuse to sell me the car.
