Not good on following up with customers. I am not happy with the customer service, I received. I regret buying my vehicle at that dealership. Ray Catena is a great Dealership that makes you feel like family and go out of their way to help you. We dealt with Barry Martin for a second time and he is most helpful in explaining all of our options and family and go out of their way to help you. On 10/21/2020 I had the great pleasure of shopping for a new car as I was driving I pulled into Ray Catena lot . Once in side the showroom my wife and I where assigned a sales person Luigi Giacalone . Mr Gi new car as I was driving I pulled into Ray Catena lot . Once in side the showroom my wife and I where assigned a sales person Luigi Giacalone . Mr Giacalone was very helpful and very patient since I had him walking around for about an hour but he just allowed me to make a selection and once I choose the vehicle he explained every detail which resulted in the purchase of said vehicle .
