I received a phone call, said car was ready, come on up and view it, all was good. I made an appointment to visit, was on my way to dealership, received a phone call, don't bother, car was sold!!!. Completely blind sided me. They said someone had put a deposit down last night, had never given me the option to do so. I received numerous emails, phone calls etc in regards to my interest, at the end of the day, they pulled the rug out..My wife was very disappointed, this was to be her vehicle. Mercedes-Benz and Mr. Martin uphold a certain style of service "the best deals or nothing else". As a young woman acquiring a new car on my own I was a bit nervous because at other dealerships I was offered unfair deals because of my age and looks. However Mr. Martin and EVERYONE at Mercedes-Benz welcomed me and made me feel like my dream of driving a Mercedes was not only reachable but inevitable by the end of our meeting. I had an idea of what I wanted, but I hadn’t made up my mind Vince was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very warm and generous with his time. I had an idea of what I wanted, but I hadn’t made up my mind. Vince walked me around the showroom and showed me the various models available until I landed on the E300. He explained the various package options to me and allowed me to make up my own mind. He was very professional and patient the entire time. When it came to pricing, Vince was quite fair and worked to get me the best deal possible. Once the price was settled Vince walked me through the process and let me know what to expect going forward. Vince kept in communication throughout the next week until was I able to return to pick up the car. After Vince sorted out my insurance for me He and his colleagues took the time to explain how everything worked in the car and gave me a few helpful tips to ensure I have the best experience with the car. It was a very easy and smooth process from start to finish. I definitely recommend Vince to anyone looking to purchase a Mercedes! More

As a young woman, there is always the fear that a ca This was my first time purchasing a car at Ray Catena and it will definitely not be my last time. As a young woman, there is always the fear that a car salesman will manipulate the numbers and not give you the best deal possible but this was not the case with working with Christian or his leadership team. I am a traveling consultant and not the most accessible person during the week but Christian was able to be flexible with his time to accommodate my availability with after hour calls/emails, when necessary. He was also extremely paitent with me as I was adamant about what I wanted to pay and features that were considered “must haves”; and then introducing a last minute exterior preference change after seeing the iridium silver on the highway a few days before we tried to connect on a deal. Not only was Christian transparent with the breakdown of the numbers but he worked feverishly with his team Ed Vechionne and GM Doug Wells to get the best deal possible for me. Ray Catena is most definitely running a customer service driven establishment because the entire team from the receptionist to the sales force to the GM made me feel so welcomed from the first time I entered the building. Also, I was most impressed with the follow up email received from Christian in which he thanked me for the service and reassured me that he will be available for any additional questions.
