This was my first time ever purchasing a car at age 21 and I cannot be more pleased with choosing to do business with them. They were super easy to get a hold of and talk to and they walked me through eve and I cannot be more pleased with choosing to do business with them. They were super easy to get a hold of and talk to and they walked me through every step of the process. I also felt like they were just as excited for me as I was for myself. I was nervous at first about what the experience was going to be like but I cannot think of a better possible outcome. This dealership and the team they have working for them are the most upfront, easy going, and fair team I have ever met. Drew helped me through the process and when my battery died a day after leaving the lot they even chipped in to make it better which was more than I was even expecting. More

I felt very comfortable and respected during the whole process. No mansplaining, no condescension. Drew was extremely warm but professional. He gave the information I needed and checked to be sure I had all of my questions answered. The process was seamless. Every thing was ready to go when I arrived to get the truck. While I was working with financing, who were super, Drew switched my plates, put the owners manual and second set of keys in the truck. It was clean and full.of gas. I was in and out in 45 minutes. Overall a great experience from test drive and trade in evaluation to ownership. I will highly recommend Drew and Mike Murphy Ford. More

Drew was great I called the day before to set up a meeting. When I arrived he had both trucks sitting outside waiting for me. The whole transaction from both test drives to leaving with keys, only la meeting. When I arrived he had both trucks sitting outside waiting for me. The whole transaction from both test drives to leaving with keys, only lasted about 4 hours. Todd in finance was fast and efficient he explained the extra warranties very well. Paperwork in the office was seemed to fly by. But he should get a bigger office. More
