From the moment I inquired about purchasing a car to the moment I drove off the lot with my new car, I had an outstanding experience. The salesperson Kim Rorke did an outstanding job. She answered all my questions and gave me the opportunity to make decisions on my timeline. I had a lot of questions for the finance person, Robert Shoup. He had great patience in explaining different options. Nick Chubb carefully explained the operating details of my car. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime. This has by far been the most rewarding experience. W & L Subaru dealership came very highly recommended to me and with very good reason! More

Everyone at W&L were friendly and helpful. Angela went out of her way to accommodate my hearing loss. I was always kept informed on what what going on. However, I'm not a bit worried. I'm sure it will be great. More

Our experience was definitely a pleasant one. Response from the team for an internet price was very prompt. After getting the best quote for a Forester, we were put in contact with Kyle Bennar who was very professional and personable. Once arriving at the dealership to make the deal we noticed a paint defect on the hood; we were told they would take care of it, which they did in less than a day. The defect was repainted to perfection. Finance officer Robert Shoup was great to work with, providing a no-hassle experience with no surprise fees. We would highly recommend this dealership for its price and quality of customer service. More
