Best Sales Rep Rob Liley is the best! I told him what truck I was looking for and a week or so, there it was. Could not have ordered a better match from scratch. Eve Rob Liley is the best! Everything was ready on the date of purchase and the process too less than an hour (including a bit of chit-chat). At 49,000 mi. I've got NOTHING to complain about. More

Service to vehicle. My Ford Escape was checked in at 11:28 on November 13th for a possible battery replacement and electrical message. I let them know I was pretty much stranded without a car and I was told they would look at it late Monday. I received a call late Tuesday that it still was being diagnosed. I called early Wednesday morning to arrange my day and it still wasn't done. They were still working on it when I arrived mid afternoon & the cover for under the glove department was not in place. In addition, there is a scratch on my console that was not there previously. Now that my vehicle is out of warranty I will looking for a service center that isn't quite so busy. More

Great experience, great product Like many people in the West Denver area, my car was totaled in our May 2017 hailstorm. I went out to look at several makes and models and went to Phil Long Ford to see what Ford had available. Received excellent help from their very experienced sales person, Walter Banks. Based on his advice I bought a Ford Escape and I couldn’t be happier. Recently on a trip along the Blue Ridge Parkway in the mountains of Virginia and the Carolinas I averaged 33.7 mpg, which included going up and down the mountains every day for 3 weeks and usually driving 30-40 mph along the mountain roads. The Escape handles well and holds all my outdoor stuff. I am very pleased with Walter’s assistance, Phil Long Ford and my Ford Escape. More

honest treatment My transmission was making noises. When the tech at Phil Long Ford listened to it he said they needed to open it and take a look. They found the pla My transmission was making noises. When the tech at Phil Long Ford listened to it he said they needed to open it and take a look. They found the planetary gear was failing and put metal shavings thru the entire transmission. They explained the situation to Ford and they agreed to replace the transmission under warranty. More
