Pleasantly Surprised! We recently purchased a new Ford F350 truck from Phil Long Ford and it was a great experience. We had done our homework and narrowed a list down to 5 We recently purchased a new Ford F350 truck from Phil Long Ford and it was a great experience. We had done our homework and narrowed a list down to 5-6 potential vehicles we were interested in at a couple of dealerships and asked for written quotes. Phil Long's was not the least expensive, but Radcliffe had committed they could/would beat any deal so we made an appointment with headed down to test drive them. They had the first truck (F250) ready when we arrived. We drove it and the F350, decided we wanted the bigger one and sat down to discuss. I was worried since we weren't comparing apples to apples (different options on the other trucks we looked at), and we were trading n a vehicle, that we might get the run around, but that was not the case. A small (and reasonable) amount of negotiation later, we were the proud owners of a new vehicle. Radcliffe introduced us to the service department (made us want to use their service group even though they are miles from our house), signed paperwork (no hard sell on the extras), and were on our way! They have been very accommodating on some after sale work we are having done as well. My only complaint is that I wish they were slightly closer to where we live!!!! More

We had been looking at other makes and models for months. We walked into Phil Long Ford after much searching and found a luxury vehicle and great service. It felt like the old days. Kind people that really seemed to care. Ray introduced us to Dwayne Callaway and what a nice man he is and very helpful. He explained any service we might need in the future. Patrick Cronkhite was wonderful. It was a long day since we didn't really plan on purchasing that day so after shopping for most of the afternoon Patrick was great to sit with at the end and finalize our purchase. He was our kind of guy. Very personable with some nice humor. More

All-around excellent service Purchased a new Edge about a year ago. I had specific requirements as to options & features. Sales did a great job of finding exactly what I wanted, b Purchased a new Edge about a year ago. I had specific requirements as to options & features. Sales did a great job of finding exactly what I wanted, but it was at another dealer. They made arrangements to get the vehicle from them, and delivered it a day later in great shape. Have had 2 service oil changes and one recall service. All three times, service people were very friendly and helpful. Service was completed with no delays. Do not remember all the employees that I have dealt with, but everyone was great. And even employees that were not directly involved were very friendly (while sitting in the waiting area while service work was being done, several employees walking by asked if I was being helped, or if I needed anything). They appreciate their customers. More

Emergency repair I had to have my car towed to the dealership on a Saturday afternoon. I had been having issues and had taken it in previously and was told it woul I had to have my car towed to the dealership on a Saturday afternoon. I had been having issues and had taken it in previously and was told it would be fine to drive and to go back in 2-3 weeks as they were busy and wouldn't get to it. Now I have a problem. I got there and had to leave my car, there was no loaner car and the rental car places were all closed. Luckily after an hour or so, I was given a ride home only because I spoke with the person who sold me the car. I did get it back by Wednesday but I am not sure the problem was totally solved. I can drive it but it is still not running smoothly, More
