Edgar & Andrew helped me a lot. Andrew especially went over some of the features with the Toyota Crown. Unfortunately I came in on a very busy day when lots of folks were trying to Andrew especially went over some of the features with the Toyota Crown. Unfortunately I came in on a very busy day when lots of folks were trying to beat the 1% Sales Tax increase and Jamie rushed me through signing all the papers, some of which were rather confusing. I ended up buying some extra features that may already have been covered in my warranty. Additionally I found out on Friday 4/11/25, that the car’s Manual was not in the folder in the glove box. The empty folder has a sticker with the #178638 on the outside. Ironically I did find a gasoline receipt stuffed in the glove box with the empty manual folder. I left messages that day for Gladys Garcia, Andrew and his Manager, however no one has gotten back to me at this time. I expect the courtesy of a response as to when I will get a car Manual as soon as possible. More
