May 6 I called for a service appt. The person on the other end PAMELA scheduled an appt for May 10. My car was dropped off for the day and Edison dealt with the call back. He was hones The person on the other end PAMELA scheduled an appt for May 10. My car was dropped off for the day and Edison dealt with the call back. He was honest and stated there was nothing wrong with my Emergency Brake. I did get an oil change and an inspection sticker WHICH I totally appreciated that time saver for myself. Pamela was great with taking the payment & along with Edison they were great with communication. I also want to thank Alex Breault for not forgetting the paint pen. It took time due but he was patient when I would call and ask about its status. Thanks for doing a great Job all 3 of you More
