I decided to get my 2024 sticker at the dealership this year and when I arrived, drove up to the garage door near the Inspection Sticker sign and waited (this is what is typically done at other inspection year and when I arrived, drove up to the garage door near the Inspection Sticker sign and waited (this is what is typically done at other inspection stations). When the door opened and a truck came out I drove in, much to the surprise of one of the techs that entered from the Service Desk. He kindly and graciously explained that their procedure requires that I park the car and enter through the Service Department just as I would for appointments. OOPS! No matter; he said he would take care of it, sent me to the customer service area and in about 30 minutes my car was ready (and it passed!). I've never been disappointed with the service or the staff here and appreciate the peace of mind that I get when I bring my car to them. I also feel comfortable knowing that many if not all of the service staff have been there the entire time that I've owned my vehicle which tells me that the company is doing right by their employees too. Thank you! More

Last night we started our Tahoe and it struggled to start. We called Colonial first thing this morning and Shelley was able to get us in almost immediately. When we arrived Edison quickly got us checke start. We called Colonial first thing this morning and Shelley was able to get us in almost immediately. When we arrived Edison quickly got us checked in and our car to the back to be serviced. My husband has dementia and trusts very few people but trusts Edison completely.
