Excellent Customer Service Our experience at Younger Nissan was excellent. Our Sales Associate, Brenton Spear, went the extra mile, to make sure we got the car we wanted with th Our experience at Younger Nissan was excellent. Our Sales Associate, Brenton Spear, went the extra mile, to make sure we got the car we wanted with the features we wanted. He never made us feel rushed and made sure that we fully understood every feature of the car before we drove it off the lot. We also worked with Emily Fletcher, the BDC representative, over the phone, she was friendly and professional and returned calls promptly. In negotiating the final price we worked with Brenton and Sales Manager, Erin Trimble, both were very professional and worked with us to get to a price that was fair to all. The process of completing the final paperwork with Ed Beleznay, went very smoothly. Ed is extremely efficient and it was evident that he is proficient in his position.. There were no last minute surprises, everything was exactly as we expected. The whole process was seamless due to the friendliness and overall professionalism of all the Younger staff we worked with. More

Purchasing Experience I viewed a used vehicle Younger Nissan had on their lot through a internet site. When I called and spoke with Steve Latour, he told me he was getting I viewed a used vehicle Younger Nissan had on their lot through a internet site. When I called and spoke with Steve Latour, he told me he was getting ready to leave for the evening but said he would be happy to wait until I arrived. Steve showed me the vehicle then said take it home to show your wife, drive it around see what you think and Ill see you when you get back. He was leaving for the day but stayed around and allowed me full access to the vehicle until I was ready to form an opinion on whether I was interested in purchasing. He could have easily pushed me off to another salesperson and gone on his way but he went above and beyond the call to accomodate me. I purchased the vehicle and picked it up the next afternoon, which was his day off but he still came in and delivered the car in person. More

They turned a nightmare into a positive experience! I had been having issues with my car for some time. It started with needing a new transmission 2 years after purchasing it. Quite an expense as it ha I had been having issues with my car for some time. It started with needing a new transmission 2 years after purchasing it. Quite an expense as it had just passed its warranty. A year later an axel came loose. When I brought the car in yesterday and was told the transmission was faulty again needing replaced (again, out of warranty) the service manager Jason, after determining that it would be a large expense to fix my car, and listening to my (not very happy) rant!! ... took me to the new car department to see what they could do. Brenton assisted me with choosing a vehicle. He was upbeat, knowledgeable and had me in a positive mood by the end of the evening. Then Edward Beleznay in the finance dept assisted me. He gave me concise and reasonable info about my transaction. They arranged to completely pay my car off and gave me a generous rebate, I was able to get a very reasonable interest rate as well as providing a 125,000 warranty and 5 free oil changes. I am hopeful that this vehicle will serve me well. They all definitely put me at ease after a very long day and a stressful situation. More

So much so, we came back a week later looking for a used Rogue for our teenage driver and Joey assisted us in that sale as well. It took forever, but it wasn't as bad as it sounds. I bought a new 2019 Nissan Altima SR yesterday, and I really have to say that it was a fantastic experience. There were a few hiccups only because the I bought a new 2019 Nissan Altima SR yesterday, and I really have to say that it was a fantastic experience. There were a few hiccups only because they didn't have the color car I wanted on the lot, and therefore had to swap with another dealership, so through no fault of their own I ended up spending half my day there. HOWEVER, the staff and sales reps were always friendly, checked on me and my father frequently, and apologized for the delays. (The other dealership took an eternity to decide what car they wanted to trade for the Altima...) I'd been considering buying a new car for a few months, and Jim Burdis was my salesman. He was fantastic. Extremely helpful, kind, personable, and it was an all-around great experience, aside from the sheer amount of time I spent at the dealership. Additionally, my whole family has bought Nissan automobiles from Younger Nissan since 2002, so I'd say their experience, etc. transcends decades. I couldn't recommend this dealership more! More
