Simply the kindest, most competent and least pushy car sales people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. The entire team led by Wesley was top-notch, knowledgeable in their work and just downright honest and courtesy. It wasn't the usual car buying experience with hassles and pushy salesman. The staff at Subaru is not only professional but also hospitable and warm. Whenever I am in the dealership, I feel like I am treated like a member of the family rather than a customer. Their courtesy and professionalism is beyond words and the quality of service exceeds expectations time and time again. They are not like a typical dealership that forces “deals” down your throat. Their team is equipped with trained professionals that assess your needs and do everything possible to deliver on every requirement the customer sets. My experience at Don Mealey Sport Subaru was pretty good overall. I had the pleasure of working with Robert Duran when purchasing my CPO 2019 Subaru Ascent and he was by far one of the best salesmen I have overall. I had the pleasure of working with Robert Duran when purchasing my CPO 2019 Subaru Ascent and he was by far one of the best salesmen I have worked with and I have gone through the purchase/lease process close to 10 times. Kevin in finance was very thorough and took the time to answer any questions I had. Both Robert and Kevin were straight forward and honest. Unfortunately I did not have the same experience when Edwin, the sales manager, was involved. I wouldn’t go as far to say that he was rude but he was arrogant and definitely not friendly. Luckily for him, the team around him makes up for his lack of customer service but I do have to give 4/5 stars because of that. Thank you again to Robert and Kevin for making the process enjoyable! More
