Within 2 minutes a salesperson approached and introduced himself as Eissa. He answered all my questions and concerns. He was very polite, trusting & friendly. For one they did not take out the down payment when they were supposed to, they didn’t pay off the car loan and I almost got hit on my credit report for it. For three I manager to call me and other people were supposed to, they didn’t pay off the car loan and I almost got hit on my credit report for it. For three I manager to call me and other people to call me and never received one phone call back. The worst experience I’ve had in my entire life buying a vehicle I will never go to you guys again, pathetic, pathetic, pathetic!!!!! More
