My Five Star Experience For a while now my wife and I have been searching for a new vehicle but was unsure weather or not if we wanted a new truck or something else. We stop For a while now my wife and I have been searching for a new vehicle but was unsure weather or not if we wanted a new truck or something else. We stopped in at Five Star in North Richland Hills and was promptly greeted by Diron who understood our circumstances and was more than willing to take the time to show us a few different vehicles and to let us drive them. Afterwards, we were still torn on which ones we liked the best so we left. Over the course of several months we've looked at other dealerships and different makes and models but in the end we knew that ford had always treated us the best with there sales and service. We ended up working a deal out on a 2016 explorer sport with Diron and Jim and finalized all the paperwork with Tut. I can't tell you how much of a joy it was to work with these gentlemen. They are truly top notch and will work with you to make the best deal possible. If you're looking at a new Ford stop by and ask for then by name, I guarantee they will impress you with their no pressure sales and terrific attitudes towards making the best choice for you. F150 Order - Amazing Experience I ordered a F150 with with Crystal Sanders. I tried calling other dealerships, and they didn't seem interested in spending time getting me in a truck I ordered a F150 with with Crystal Sanders. I tried calling other dealerships, and they didn't seem interested in spending time getting me in a truck that they didn't have on the lot. The order took a while because Ford was not making the 2016s yet, but Crystal stayed on top of things. She got the order pushed through and help expedite the delivery/transport of the truck. Her communication was amazing! Always responsive to both emails and texts. When I got my truck, it was her Birthday and she was trying to leave, but still stayed to try to get me in my truck that day. She really didn't have to do that, but she went the extra mile. She teamed up with John Little to help me go over the truck's features. John stayed late, and patiently answered all of my questions. Amazing teamwork. Tut helped me in finance, getting me in and out quickly. Actually honestly answered my questions about how the interest structure worked on the loan. I would never buy a Ford from another dealership. I really can't think of anything I would have wanted done differently. More

William was very patient with and let us make our own decisions about a vehicle, with his guidance. He was very knowledgeable about the product line and especially the Ford Edge we were interested in. After deciding on a vehicle and a test drive we sat down with William and he calmly went through the sales process with us. After deciding on a price, we had an enjoyable visit with the finance manager, Tut Edwards, and then drove off in our new Edge. We appreciate William's integrity and his patience with us. The dealership should be proud to have a sales person like William. More
