No pressure . I've purchased 3 vehicles from the same salesperson, Ollie Jackson, at this dealership. There was no pressure to buy - just the facts and helpfulness I've purchased 3 vehicles from the same salesperson, Ollie Jackson, at this dealership. There was no pressure to buy - just the facts and helpfulness. Ollie is simply FABULOUS to work with! She tells you what you want and/or need to know about the vehicle and then lets you decide. In the Finance Dept. Tut Edwards is your best friend. While he won't pressure you, he does throw suggestions or his thoughts out there for you to consider and decide on. After telling me some information about my financing, he said "just let that marinate for a moment", meaning "think about what I just said and then you (the customer) tell me what you want to do". Very helpful and down to earth. More

Brother in law highly recommended the Fusion since he always uses one as a rental and all it took was for me to drive one. This car definitely delivers on performance, comfort and style. It looks and feels like BMW and Lexus. Very good handling and love the 2.0. Would definitely use 5 start Ford again and Destenee was an awesome trooper. She even handled everything my crazy, not so pleasant brother in laws attitude and comments. She made it an even more enjoyable experience. Thanks 5 star! More

After my initial My initial contact with Five Star Ford was online and with Mr. David Deger who responded in a timely manner with info I requested. After my initial contact I advised Mr. Deger I would be in town over the week-end and would be visiting the dealership, I am from Laredo, Tx. Had a great experience during my visit. Very courteous and friendly ladies in the receptionist/lobby area. Professional and courteous Financial Manager Mr. Tut Edwards. Courteous, professional, and knowledgeable Director of Operations, Mr. Joshua Fichter. Mr. Fichter offered a great deal on a new 2015 F150 and even better gave me great advise on how to find great parking for the Patriots vs Cowboys game. Last but not least is what made this an awesome experience and that was my dealing/working with Mr. David Deger. What I appreciated of Mr. Deger is that he is a very honest, down to earth, trusting gentleman. Besides being courteous, professional, and knowledgeable he has a perfect approach in pitching a sale, and that is he does not use "HIGH PRESSURE TACTICS". Something I have rarely come across in previous buying experiences. More

Luckily for me, David was able to handle my whole deal before finance and not once did he need to check the sales price with a sales manager. I really appreciated that! Once we agreed on a price, I met with a finance representative, The Tutman, and he made the rest of the experience just as enjoyable. I highly recommend anyone to visit David Hyche and Tut Edwards to have a personal, friendly and no haggling experience. More

Five Star Ford has the best people of any dealership in FW! We purchased a vehicle 5 years ago from Five Star Ford and this past week we returned and purchased our second vehicle. Eddie Laguana was our Sales Co We purchased a vehicle 5 years ago from Five Star Ford and this past week we returned and purchased our second vehicle. Eddie Laguana was our Sales Consultant for both purchases. He is very professional and truly cares for his customers. When we first arrived, Eddie was not on duty and we were greeted by Juan who treated us great! His honesty was apparent when he wanted to make sure that Eddie was contacted about us returning to buy another vehicle. Then, in Finance, we met two great guys that made our finance experience very pleasant and non-painful. The two were Tut and Freddie. Freddie actually closed the deal and both guys were fantastic. You certainly have our customer loyalty, based on the good people you have at Five Star Ford!! Sincerely, Bill and Joylee Russell More
