He was very thorough explaining all the features of the truck, and even set my phone up to Sync with the truck once I purchased it. Awesome salesman and highly recommend!! I also had the pleasure of working with the almighty 'Tut' for financing my truck. He is the "celebrity" around the dealership. Great personality and very helpful! If you are upset about spending a ton of money on a new vehicle....he at least will make you laught and put a smile on your face to make up for it!! 5 star rating for these guys! They are the best! Great experience buying a special car from 250 miles away. I found the car online and called Jim Rich before 8:00am to find out if it was still available. He worked with me through the entire process while I worked with my bank to secure financing. I made arrangements to fly out there to take delivery. Jim personally picked me up at the airport. The first thing he had me do was drive the car. (This car is special!) We confirmed that I had insurance and did the paperwork. all smooth and easy. He even bought me lunch before I left town. Great experience. More

In person, she exceeded my expectations. She worked with me to get a deal I felt great about and made my first experience buying a Ford a memorable one! I had been at 4 other locations before buying my car here and what makes this dealership the best is the customer service. Instead of feeling nervous or having second thoughts or pressured, I felt relaxed, happy, and absolutely sure because I did not have a salesman pressuring me AT ALL. Environment was very friendly. When it was time for the real deal with finance I was a little nervous but Tuat broke the ice with his smile . It was hassle free, he worked with me to get a great deal, and best of all, I walked out with a smile on my face. So, if you are looking to buy your next vehicle, come here and you will not be disappointed. Again, I recommend Mario in Sales and Tuat in finance. I am happily enjoying my 2015 Mustang???? More
