Your positive remarks for members of our team, as well as your concerns about our customer service are greatly appreciated. Your overall rating of 4 stars, as well as your comments, clearly tell us that we have room for improvement. We should have done a better job of communicating with you overall. That being said, I would welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly so that I can gain further insight into your experience. This will allow me to share with our team, what we could/should have done differently. To many, a 4-star review is acceptable. It is not unacceptable to us, it is simply that we strive to always exceed the expectations of our customers, and when we don't, we look for opportunities to improve upon processes that will benefit our customers. I am aware that you have been in contact with Ken Harris regarding this visit, but as the service director, would like to gain insight as to where we could have done better on the service side.
