Friendly, courteous staff. Good selection of vehicles and the online information about the vehicles in stock saved a great deal of time at the dealership. Fred Munns sold my brother a truck in 2020 and and the online information about the vehicles in stock saved a great deal of time at the dealership. Fred Munns sold my brother a truck in 2020 and me one this year! Ms. Cindy at the front desk was always helpful. I keep vehicles a while but will be back to Herlong when I need another one!! More

We went to this dealership looking to purchase a new F250 truck. Jackie Mack was an absolute pleasure to work with as she helped us narrow down which truck we wanted to buy. We appreciated the customer focus truck. Jackie Mack was an absolute pleasure to work with as she helped us narrow down which truck we wanted to buy. We appreciated the customer focus and the ease of the entire process. The young man who helped us set up the FordPass, sync it with the truck, and set up the wifi hotspot was patient and invaluable. I wish we could recall his name. We would definitely look to this dealership again when we are in the market for another car or truck. More
