I'm not sure how I wanted to start this review however I will start by showing my gratitude to Mr. Frederick Sims and the team that supported him through the process of my recent car purchase. I originally went in to get my car serviced and come to find out my engine suffered from a cracked head. If you read that and said "OH SNAPS!" to yourself, that's correct I shared a similar thought. I on the other hand just had a few different choice of words to say. Overall the experience was First class. At times like this I would have began to freak out in cases like this but Fred and his team executed an A1 service fast, thoroughly and efficiently. Each step of the way the team made sure my wife and I were okay and we were on the same alignment each step of the way. I went from being doubtful of being able to qualify for a new car to hopeful. Words can't begin to describe how thankful my family and I are for Fred and his amazing team. Thank you all so much for going the extra mile for us, a true blessing! More

Megha is an extremely professional and helpful salesperson. She quickly secured my confidence and trust by answering all my questions directly and without any annoying hard sell tactics I recall from all prior car purchase experiences. I'd only planned to ask some questions and maybe do a test drive. However, thanks to her low pressure approach, we found the right vehicle on the floor and I was able to ensure it had all the features I'd previously determined I absolutely wanted. By listening to me, she helped me quickly navigate the different models and zero in on the best one. That was so helpful, because I was able to rationally decide for myself this car purchase was right for me. After that things flew, especially considering I was unprepared to make a purchase (didn't have the title on me, etc.). She got us through that efficiently and always answered any further questions I had. Absolutely recommend Megha to anyone who wants to learn more about Honda vehicles or is planning to make a purchase. I would have done this purchase a YEAR ago had I known the experience was going to be like this! Thank you, Megha! More
