A confused looking business with a lot of people walking around doing nothing. Didn’t get one person ask if I needed any help. I would hire him if he doesn’t work out for you. Another shoutout for his professional attitude is for Emilio as he appears a good asset to your company. The detail shops work for getting a new car out was far below any standard and would have been sent back at most other dealerships. Personally I was ok just to get on the road on Friday afternoon. Overall it was a good experience and I hope to buy another once cars are being made. More

Went in on a Sunday to buy the auto. Wanted to finance with Suncoast CU at 2% for 72 months. They told me Suncoast wouldn't go out 72 months at 2% so they put me at BMW for 2.99. I later found out they we with Suncoast CU at 2% for 72 months. They told me Suncoast wouldn't go out 72 months at 2% so they put me at BMW for 2.99. I later found out they were incorrect. When I pocked up the car 2 days later I asked them to change the financing and they refused. Told me to go to Suncoast and do it myself. Used car manager was rude, got up and walked out on my meeting with him. Mr. Gonzalez told me it was my fault I bought the auto on Sunday. I told Mr. Castillo in finance to have Mr. Tores the GM to call me. He said he would. No Call. I will not be servicing the auto at this dealership. More
