Matt Merlino absolutely wonderful and spent a lot of time with my husband. There were 2 young adults at the concierge, unbelievable customer service, so friendly and helpful.. As we walked around, everyone was courteous always asking if we needed anything. I love my car and as far as I am concerned will be very loyal to BMW.
