Great experience working with Emily at The BMW Store. When I first stopped in, I let her know that I was early in my selection process. She kept in touch, but was not pushy or pressuring in any way. When I was ready to order, she spent several hours with me as I contemplated choices, was patient and informative. Pick up day was smooth, with the BMW Genius going thru all the features, paperwork was quick and easy. I needed a different charging cable and Emily even assisted with that after the sale was complete. Great service and experience all around! More

It was evident that customer service is a top priority for them. Their post-purchase follow-up also impressed me. They contacted me multiple times to ensure everything was going smoothly and that I was satisfied with my new vehicle. It's uncommon to find a dealership that goes the extra mile like this! The tradein we had wasn't a luxury car and the trade allowance was several thousand lower than we'd been offered elsewhere so we sold it separately before we purchased our new car. No complaints, that's just what worked best for us. More
