From the point of sitting, Emma took great care to listen to what I wanted to buy. She didn't rush me to get the car she wanted me to get and she took care to honor my feelings about the car I wanted. She took me for a test drive, didn't push me to get "that" car. She told me about the car and it's advantages and disadvantages, which were none. I purchased the care based on what I wanted upon arrival and left a very happy car customer. Thanks to you both!
