I bought a 2018 explorer platinum from fairway. I must say it was the most pleasurable car buying experience I've had in 30 years. From sales to finance the service is A+++. I highly recommend this dealership.
I live 300 miles away, but found myself contacting the dealership about a communications issue with my 95 year old mother who had left her car for servicing. She was reluctant to call due to a vocal problem, so I contacted the general manager, Eric Clarke, via long distance. He was most concerned that there should be total customer satisfaction and consideration, and he proceeded to assure me he would look into the matter and resolve it. He also said he would call my mother as well as getting back to me. In no time at all, he did exactly what he promised and both my mother and I are extremely pleased with the results. He was both professional and compassionate, and I know she will return to Fairway as a result. My advice to anyone who has an issue is to let them know - they can't fix things if they aren't aware of a problem. Sincerest thanks to Mr. Clarke and Fairway Ford for their efforts.
