Columbia went above and beyond I was looking for a Pre-Owned Flex. They did not have one on the lot with my requirements so they looked for and found one at an auction. It turned I was looking for a Pre-Owned Flex. They did not have one on the lot with my requirements so they looked for and found one at an auction. It turned out to have all of what we wanted, we came to a fair deal on the car and my trade-in and I picked it up a few days later. All went smoothly and all of the people I worked with were pleasant - did not feel i was woking with a 'car dealer'. Wish the dealer was closer to my home! More
