He was able to articulate all of our options for purchasing a brand new Explorer, and was extremely thorough explaining all of the new features in the 2017 model that I was not familiar with in my 2012 Explorer. He took the time to ensure the car was a great fit for us and our lifestyle, while also explaining the benefits to buying and leasing. We were able to make an informed decision in a no-pressure environment. Eric and Jake were great, as well! More

Having already arranged the purchase over the phone, I was met by Darius almost immediately after entering the building. He was obviously well-prepared and quickly gave me a verbal outline of what to expect, beginning with a quick verification/viewing of the truck, followed by paperwork, test drive, thorough briefing on systems, etc. The purchase contract was already prepared and all numbers matched my expectations. The whole process flowed smoothly, and I found the unique layout/theme of the dealership, as well as the immaculate service garage, very impressive. I am very pleased with the truck I bought and feel that the price was fair. It was by far the best car-buying experience I have ever had. More
