John was not pushy and listened to my desires and needs in a commuter vehicle. Originally I was going to lease a new Kia, but ended up purchasing a used 2016 Focus. So far I am enjoying the car, especially all the options and fuel economy. I was able to get a great deal on the certified Focus and will definitely deal with John again when I am in the market for a car. More

My best experience ever: First of all my saler was Darious Banks he got in touch responding my email and then; I explain I like to text the reason is that I suffer of very bad First of all my saler was Darious Banks he got in touch responding my email and then; I explain I like to text the reason is that I suffer of very bad anxiety is hard to talk to strangers he was so peasant and understanding, I didn't move forward before to try to get a dealer car because I was so scare of the process and imagine the experience stressful and a headache with Columbia Ford kia not at all . The location is so well coordinated, so comfortable, beautiful coordinated and clean. Everyone was so nice so peasant so funny I felt very comfortable and welcome. I never imagine salers so caring it make me feel like I could do this job then Eric Gates blend in quickly add to the team and started working fast and constant but also his introduction to me was so pleasant. My experience was awesome it was wont easy to approve me my scores were low but they made it happen, today I sign all the papers to my Kia Rio hatchback 2016 I'm so happy.
