I have been a customer here since 2012 . I have always been treated very well. I am usually greeted by Julio. He has a great big smile, and I always am happy to see him. He remembers how he helped me on my car 8 years ago. Grant has been wonderful to me too. He is always so polite and friendly. I have a new service technician,Monica. She knew I was in a rush to get my brother to a doctor’s appt at Dana Farber so she arranged for me to get a loaner. She helped me get new breaks and get my leaky tire fixed. She is extremely caring. Ariel got me the loaner, and she gave it an extra cleaning because I told her my brother has cancer. That was so thoughtful of her. I also met Eric, the manager. He was wonderful. He is very understanding and knowledgeable. He is great at explaining things to me. I have been coming here for so long. It is a tremendous dealership. More
