Eric Harrelson, Paul Fix Scott Sack were an amazing team to with with on our Jeep’s brake (plus some) issue. They explained everything with excellent detail and even showed pictures of the problem. I bought a beautiful used Subaru from this dealer and after a few weeks I noticed the orange paint peeling in multiple locations of the car and the vehicle is only a year old. I researched online the or after a few weeks I noticed the orange paint peeling in multiple locations of the car and the vehicle is only a year old. I researched online the orange paint of these vehicles and found out it was a known issue so I contacted the Dean Team to see how to get it fixed before it caused rust issues. I was told to take multiple photos and submit them for review to Annie and she would assist getting this fixed. I did exactly as Annie asked but then Eric got involved and directed me to take it to a Subaru dealership closer to my home for inspection of paint issues. Once again I followed instructions and Meredith at another location kindly assisted and agreed the paint was peeling and it was a known issue. I reached back out to Annie and Eric and they told me the other dealership had to help me get this fixed. I reached out to Meredith and she told me the dealership I just purchased my car from had to fix it. Very frustrating and after 45 days nothing was done to assist. I finally called the corporate office myself and they told me the dealership would have to submit an estimate of costs to fix this known issue. Eric and Annie told me to go back to local dealership to get estimate which I did. I shared this estimate with Eric and Annie over a week ago and never heard anything. I just reached out via email to check to see if the Dean team submitted the estimate to corporate and here is Eric's very unprofessional reply: Once again….and hopefully for the last time. It must be done by the dealer that inspected it. I am shocked that we have been treated this way by this dealership and I guess I will have to call corporate again to see if I can do all of this myself. I will never purchase a used vehicle or any vehicle from the Dean Team again! More

Ike Dean took care of me trading in my vehicle for "new" pre-owned one. They actually went to a different lot of theirs to give me the best option and could not have made the process easier. Never felt pushy (which I legit can't stand), and was incredibly helpful throughout. I honestly normally kinda hate buying cars, but the Dean Team made it so easy and enjoyable that we will be back for all future purchases. Great team top to bottom and thank you Ike for the "new" ride. I'm loving it! More

This was the most pleasurable experience my wife and I have had in purchasing a car. Both Matt Hampton and Richard Gotsch were very pleasant, knowledgeable and fun to work with. Yes I said fun, something have had in purchasing a car. Both Matt Hampton and Richard Gotsch were very pleasant, knowledgeable and fun to work with. Yes I said fun, something you don't expect in a car buying experience. We got a great deal on the exact car we wanted, and Matt went above and beyond in helping to acquire that car from another dealership during this chip shortage! I would recommend both of them and Dean Team Volkswagen to anyone. Matt even took the time to educate us about all the car features prior to heading off. We will definitely be back to Dean Team. More
