Easy Peasy This is our 2nd Subaru we purchased from Dean Team and couldn't be happier with the fairness and openness that they consistently provide. Carl Schae This is our 2nd Subaru we purchased from Dean Team and couldn't be happier with the fairness and openness that they consistently provide. Carl Schaeffer was our experienced salesman who was so accommodating, knowledgeable, respectful and very helpful locating an Outback with all the features and color we wanted, and made it all happen without delay or disappointments. He worked with us diligently and definitely strived to negotiate a very fair deal on the new car and our trade-in as well. Carl kept us well informed during his search for the car of our dreams which he found very quickly. During delivery he went over the checklist carefully and patiently explained the use and function of all the new technologies. Later, he took a lot of his busy time answering our follow-up questions at the store and over the phone. He even paired our phones with the car, made sure all our contacts transferred over and explained how to connect the Homelink with our garage door opener. We were very pleased with Carl and would definitely recommend him and Dean Team to any body. More

Great Customer Service! The Dean Team went above and beyond customer service for our Used Car sale. We had an issue with the car a couple of weeks after the sale. The warrant The Dean Team went above and beyond customer service for our Used Car sale. We had an issue with the car a couple of weeks after the sale. The warranty coverage would not cover the issue we were experiencing. The Dean Team ensured the issue we had was taken care of. Eric in the service department went above and beyond to make sure our vehicle was right and we were happy. Eric mentioned that the Dean Team will do "what's right" and make sure our vehicle was fixed. I would recommend the Dean Team for any vehicle purchase. More

Amazing car buying experience! I purchased a used GMC Acadia from Dean Team Subaru. I must say this was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. All of the staff I purchased a used GMC Acadia from Dean Team Subaru. I must say this was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. All of the staff went well above and beyond to help us with our purchase. It was also the quickest I have ever purchased a car, very efficient with paperwork, usually takes hours to process a loan. They had everything done in under an hour, very impressive. Definitely will go back to this dealership for my next vehicle purchase. Rebecca More

Just bad customer service We have bought 2 cars from here in the last 2 years we drive them both a lot, my 2015 lego has been great, until the window cracked and they blamed it We have bought 2 cars from here in the last 2 years we drive them both a lot, my 2015 lego has been great, until the window cracked and they blamed it on hail damage that I bought car with (hail sale), I also bought a service plan to the tune of 2200$ I think. For the cars first service all was fine. Now the last 2 services they claim they can't find it. I have a slight vibration at 21k miles and they are trying to charge me $50 to get it fixed (tire balance). Another dealership near 44 did this on my wifes 2014 last year no questions asked, exact same isue vibration at 15k miles . We will not be back to this dealer for anything from now on, tried of getting jerked around over something we paid for already. Hopefully someone in the dean family sees this, but they are probably to busy thing to start a rap and sound affects career to care. Just another stealer ship here I spoke to Matt THE Manager AND While He Was Able To REMOVE THE CHARGE, He Was Very CONDISENDING, Was Saying From Driving On Dirt RoadS We Do NOT Live On A Dirt road, Really Dude YOU Been To My House Before AND Know It's A Dirt Road ??? It's not look at Google maps.... Eric has been nice in the past but today he was not, don't bother talking to Jeff his job is make you pay as much as possible. Everyone there treats me like a dumb customer, I made a v6 camaro run low 11s in the drag race 1/4 mile I know a thing or to about every area of a car. More

We know we can always count on them, no matter the size of our service need. We maintain multiple cars at this facility, and each time I go in, I can have a very productive conversation with them about our service goals. On our newer vehicle I appreciate their efficient, reliable service and advising. In addition to that, on our older vehicle, I especially appreciate their patient and competent troubleshooting. They really listen to the customer and understand how to work with the customer as part of the service team. We wouldn't service our vehicles anywhere else. More

Since our purchase in March 2015, I have brought the car in twice for service. I wait while the work is being done, and I've found I actually enjoy doing that! (Never thought I'd say that...) Eric is my service manager. He's efficient, fast, knowledgeable, fun to talk with, and he seems glad to see me. I intend to convince my husband that I need to continue to get our Subaru serviced at this dealership. I also intend to ask for Eric on each visit. I trust he wants us to be happy--and safe--drivers of our Subaru. I thank him for taking care of us and our new blue Subaru. More
