Fast, efficient, and flexible. I was looking to get rid of my Toyota Prius lease that I had from them eight months early. I went in on a Sunday and was picking up a new Toyota Camr I was looking to get rid of my Toyota Prius lease that I had from them eight months early. I went in on a Sunday and was picking up a new Toyota Camry Monday morning. It was swift and convenient, which is not the norm when you are negotiating for a lease. We had Angel as the sales rep. and he was fantastic! He was amiable, personable, easy to work with, and incredibly helpful. I'd absolutely recommend asking for him if you go into Toyota of Wallingford. Bill worked with us on the final paperwork, and he was a pleasure to work with as always. We worked with him when we got the Prius. Overall it was a great experience. I'd highly recommend Toyota of Wallingford in comparison to the other dealerships. The only reason I didn't give the dealership a five-star rating is that when we agreed on a monthly price, they added $0.99, which is what happened when we got the Prius. Of course, when this was pointed out, it was taken off in both circumstances, but it did feel slightly gimmicky. But in comparison to other dealers, Toyota of Wallingford stands out. More
