During the initial greeting with Mr. Morales, we found it somewhat off-putting that he readily shook my hand but chose to basically ignore my wife when I introduced her. Not a good start since the vehicle we were buying was mainly her daily driver. The other problem was that we were in the dealership for 3-4 hours. Seemed like a good bit longer than we remember on previous trips here. Alison White was VERY personable, sharing stories with us from each ones travels while associated with the military. Scott Allen got us thru the paperwork drill as quickly as he could. All in all another successful experience with Sierra Toyota More

He worked non-stop to make sure everything was just perfect with it and made the purchase super easy, no stress. He is very knowledgable and extremely nice. Plus, he has tons of patience (including helping me find my lost earbud)! I would buy another Toyota from Sierra Toyota with Eric as the salesman in a heartbeat! More
