After a miscommunication, partly my fault, they ordered and installed the wrong part. When I paid the bill I let them know it was close but not what I wanted. I left thinking I’d have to find another solut and installed the wrong part. When I paid the bill I let them know it was close but not what I wanted. I left thinking I’d have to find another solution. Before I got out of the parking lot they called and asked me to come back. They apologized and took responsibility and wanted to make it right. While not exactly what I wanted, I am more than satisfied with the outcome. For customer service they get 5 stars. More
