Went in for an oil change and tire rotation.
I was there for 2 1/2 hours because an error was made when servicing my car - when changing the oil, there was a spill that made the oil go all over
I was there for 2 1/2 hours because an error was made when servicing my car - when changing the oil, there was a spill that made the oil go all over the bottom of my car. They had to spend a lot of time cleaning it up and then I had to smell the oil for several hours after leaving. That said, the individual assisting me when I brought my car in - Eric - was very professional, courteous and helpful. He was very concerned about what had happened and followed up with me after leaving your location.

They gave a list of things on the inspection that they recommended be serviced but left it to me to decide what I wanted done and I felt no pressure from the service them to do so. In fact they recommended to me not to do one of the things I thought needed to be done. I found Bert, Eric and Nicole to be courteous, fair and honest(the best part) and would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs service on their Subaru!! Overall and awesome job, Thanks again!!
