I leased a car from Northside and had planned to purchase the car at the end of the lease. I used the Lexus process to indicate I planned to purchase the car but nothing came of that. Subsequently I contacted the dealership twice before the end of my lease to make arrangements for the transaction and both times was promised a follow-up call to set an appointment and a formal point of contact for the purchase. Neither time did anyone follow-up with me. After just showing up at the dealership some of the people I spoke with were apologetic. By then my view of the dealership was set. I felt like the lack of attention was because I was not purchasing a new car. No one wanted to spend the time to help me. It took an hour or so. A small investment to keep a customer happy. Sad. More
