He spoke quietly, was eager to answer all our questions even if he had to ask someone else (rather than bluffing his way through the answer or lying) and was very, very friendly. We felt that we could totally trust him. Our two Finance Managers, Ed Donald and Ernest Jones, treated us with respect and provided us with workable solutions to financing our car and truck using the many options available. We have been extra pleased with Howard Bush, our Service Consultant. I know nothing about automobiles other than how to drive them and have depended on Howard for eight years to be HONEST, knowledgeable, helpful and always going the extra mile to insure that our vehicle was safe to drive.
