Errick periodically calls us or emails us the see how we are and if there are any issues with our vehicle. Errick is a credit to your dealership and a credit to his profession. If your looking to buy or lease a Kia, I would highly recommend seeing Errick. More

Myrtle Beach Kia Is My Choice I have purchased two cars from Myrtle Beach KIA. Eric Hayes was not my salesman for the first vehicle purchase. Eric did pair my phone with my new Sorento and ensured that I was aware of all of the great features on the car before I left the dealership. Eric was such a nice guy that every time I brought my vehicle in for service he would always gladly answer the questions that I would throw at him. I knew he had the answers I needed, or would find out. In my opinion, he is always a friendly face to everyone he encounters. Quite naturally, I chose Eric as my salesman for my next Sorento. Eric even contacted me when the new 2019 vehicle that I was interested in arrived. I feel confident that if I have a problem Eric will be happy to help me. The Service Department works by appointment and I have had all of my service done at Myrtle Beach Kia. Bradley Cooper has been my service manager. Every appointment has been a pleasant experience. Bradley is always welcoming and gets the job done for me. I live in North Carolina and choose to travel to Myrtle Beach Kia because of the great treatment that I have received from the personnel. Another Kia I took our daughter to look at a Kia Optima we saw on the MB Kia website. When we pulled up we were immediately greeted by Jo Claudio. I told him we w I took our daughter to look at a Kia Optima we saw on the MB Kia website. When we pulled up we were immediately greeted by Jo Claudio. I told him we were only looking, he was very helpful and took his time with us and no pressure. Long story short, later Thursday afternoon we bought the Optima we looked at eariler. Jo had to leave for a bit and Errick took over the paperwork, both were wonderful. Thank you for being awsome!! More
