I just can’t believe how efficient, pleasant and welcoming it’s was working with you all, our situation was by no means easy, but you made me feel more than a number on a piece of paper. I doubted things would work out last night, throughout the day and especially when I boarded my flight this morning. I believe my husband thought I was crazy, flying in and out in a day for a car! But I can’t say it enough, your service, showrooms, honesty and personalities made an experience I dreaded (buying a car) actually pleasant. I recently purchased a vehicle from Jeff Belzer’s after going to three different dealerships and receiving subpar service. This was my first time at Jeff’s and from the minute that I inquired about SUV’s, going to three different dealerships and receiving subpar service. This was my first time at Jeff’s and from the minute that I inquired about SUV’s, every person that I was involved with was extremely helpful and not pushy. I felt like I was the only person that mattered even though I could see about 8 other meetings happening. The process that they have established at Jeff Belzer’s was so smooth that I have officially switched where I will purchase my vehicle’s from now even though I live over an hour away! The salesmen that I worked with, Alex and Anthony, were so down to earth and had the best communication —- I felt like I could trust them immediately! Anthony and a few others stayed hours after the dealership closed (I left at 10pm— they closed at 8pm) to assist me with my purchase and when I was not able to drive the new vehicle home (because I can’t drive two vehicles at the same time), I came in the next morning 2 hours before open and Zac, the delivery coordinator that helped me the night before, offered to drive in to the dealership on his day off AND 2 hours before the dealership even opened to finish showing me how to use all the new features I now have so that I could still get to work myself at a reasonable time. Thank you all for making me feel important and understanding my needs! I cannot brag enough about the people here and am so happy I found this dealership. I love my new 2021 Kia Sorento and will definitely be back for my future vehicle! More
